Everything was great, including fabulously friendly staff and absolutely perfect location close to major attractions. The room was big and beautiful with a balcony, had a good night's sleep. Had a shower, a dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was close enough to many temples and to the old town and Sunday night market. I tried quick meals at Roast a Day, within 300 feet of the property.

We met incredibly nice and absolutely kind employees.
We had a deluxe family suite which was beautiful and warm. Our location was good and magnificent in the Old Town.

The room was large and beautiful with a balcony, I was happy about that. the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, short walk to lots of temples within walking distance, the historical centre of Chiang Mai, and both the airport, in a pretty quiet area.

The rooms here are spacious and come with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony to relax on. the price is very reasonable at $196 per night 😉.

Nice comfy base for traveling to Chiang Mai and exploring local places. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, a short walk to everywhere. - In a safe area with restaurants and bars next to the hotel. - Extra care from the very helpful staff. - Excellent food for all meals.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing everything we needed. the location was convenient, with cafes, restaurants, and transportation nearby. the owners were incredibly welcoming, offering excellent recommendations and even inviting us to participate in cultural activities. We loved the charming ambiance and the free water provided daily.
Felt very at home, no complaints whatsoever.

the friendly owners, helpful staff, and cozy rooms made our family holiday in Chiang Mai an absolute delight. The convenient location near tourist attractions and delicious breakfast options added to the overall positive experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming place.

I had a wonderful stay at Phra Sing Retro in Chiang Mai. the owners were kind and provided excellent service. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep like a king. They even gave me a room in the garden when they found out I had difficulty climbing stairs. the location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the west gate. the breakfast, while not overwhelming, was still good, especially considering the low number of guests during the low season.
I highly recommend Phra Sing Retro for a pleasant stay. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
